🧾 Eligibility Criteria

To ensure the aid reaches only the truly deserving, the government has set specific criteria:

• Must belong to a recognized minority community.
• Must possess a valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Poverty Score (PMT) must be 45 or lower.
• The applicant’s information must be available in either the Punjab Socio-Economic Registry (PSER) or the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) database.
